Welcome to GN Surgicals, a leading provider of external fixators and orthopedic devices. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality products that enable patients to heal from injuries and regain their mobility.

We are located in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, India), and are supported by a massive and high-tech infrastructure that spans a large area of land.

We have further divided our massive infrastructure into various departments such as procurement, design, manufacturing, quality testing, R&D, sales and marketing, warehousing and packaging, and so on. In addition to this, our ultra-modern manufacturing division is well-equipped with the latest tools, machines, and equipment that enable us to manufacture a premium-quality range of our products for our valued clients.

The products are designed and developed using advanced CAD/CAM software from time-tested and well-established products that are already on the market. Further designs are created and modified based on the advice and feedback of our valued doctors. Design Strategies: Concept Generation, Brainstorming, Design Refinement, Product Development, Verification and Validation, Quality System Creation and Support, and Generation of Necessary Quality and Regulatory Documentation 

We have over 20 fully automatic CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers, thread milling and grinding machines, depth hole drilling machines, CNC polishing machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, and conventional lathes and milling machines.

Quality Inspection inspects products using the VMM (Vision Measurement Machine), vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profile projectors, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in a single manufacturing step.

Process of technology and manufacturing

Raw Material

All of our raw materials are sourced internationally from high-quality suppliers. Special care is taken to store sensitive materials in accordance with ISO standards and other international safety and hygiene assessments.

COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGNING

The use of computers to assist in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design is known as computer-aided design (CAD). It is the most important and convenient process for checking compatibility and testing the product in its physical environment.

Prototyping

We take special pride in our prototype production process, in which product parts are subjected to numerous functionality tests before being approved for mass production. This is where we ensure that every requirement from our OEM services is flawlessly met.

Computer-Aided Manufacturing

To provide the most effective solutions to our clients, we use CAD/CAM/CAE programs. Precision machining, surface treatments, and assemblage operations ensure the best value, functionality, soundness, and physical life of parts manufactured in our workshop with CNC and manual machines.

Production

Our manufacturing processes are designed to provide our partners with the greatest amount of flexibility in incorporating their specific requirements while adhering to international quality control standards. Each machine is thoroughly tested, and each system is fine-tuned to reduce error. Much time and effort is expended in researching improvements in the mounting of the final product, the mold, the apparatus, the sample, and the mass production part.
